Ted DeCarlo the owner of Assured Air, LTD. comes from a family of entrepreneurs. My grandfather and father both ran small businesses in the Chicagoland area. In 1987 I graduated from HVAC School and was quickly employed by a company in the Western suburbs which concentrated on commercial refrigeration. In 1988 I was hired by a company in the Northern suburbs which concentrated on residential heating and cooling and also specialized in boilers and high velocity air conditioning. In 1991 myself and a co-worker opened a HVAC business in the Northern suburbs, and then in 1993 I left the partnership to pursue the dream of owning my own business. I opened my first shop in LaGrange, IL. I figured this was a great location because of the older homes being remodeled in the area would be ready for central air conditioning. The business grew at a steady rate and after three short years I came to the realization that we needed to expand. We moved our business to a large nearby facility in Brookfield. Over the next 12 years we continued to grow and provided excellent customer service and satisfaction to the Chicago area. We now are located and have a showroom in Willow Springs, IL.

This allows the customers to be honest with us and gives us room to improve. The valued input from our customers has allowed us to improve over the years. We care for our customers and their property. We do every job with precision and cleanliness. We carry drop cloths, use shoe covers and clean up after every job, leaving the job in clean and safe conditions. We understand that we are just guests in your home. All work is preauthorized by customers.
We are constantly learning the latest methods and technology in order to be able to install and service all our customers needs is the most efficient way available. We stay educated through factory training and certification courses in order to solve and diagnose any heating and cooling problems that may occur. We offer 24 hour emergency service. If you call us after hours, you speak with a live person - no machines.
